Lori Holt Circle Ruler 4" STRULER-4233. 4" Circle Ruler for use with 5" precuts. We love this for making Snowglobe ornaments!  Fussy cut with a round ruler, instead of a square one, to eliminate some of the extra fabric bulk.  This ruler is what we use when making our 4” ornaments. Has center markings for fussy cutting. Each ruler individually plastic wrapped. Great for pincushion making. Rulers are made from clear acrylic.
